Travolook - Refund Not Received

I tried to book a flight ticket from Mumbai to Jammu on Travolook(Journey Date ** march ****). Shortly after making the payment, I received an email that said my booking was in progress and * mins later, I received another email saying that the booking was cancelled due to fare expiration. I received a call from an executive who assured me the amount would be refunded in ** business days. However, on further investigation, I found out that this is a tactic they use to siphon money from less privileged people. The company travolook is apparently running a scam in which they don't address consumer queries at all and they refuse to give us refunds for tickets that were never booked in the first place.
