Had tried booking a flight ticket on *rd Dec **** thru Travolook,ticket didnt get booked but amount got debited,REF didnt generate,called Customer care but in vain as they wanted REF no. then on **th dec called them and they cancelled the ticket and received a REF No.*********.Had been calling them ,sending mails but as of today **th March **** havent received any amount.Its pathetic,worst travel agency i came across.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
