customer since of since **** i have faced problem by amazon.
my name avirama nayak,mob no-**********,e-mail id.aviramanayak@ymail.com. I have placed one cpu electrobot tower pc assembled computer with Intel core * duo, *gb ddr* ram, ***gb hdd for pc order(ordered on * november **** order# ***-*******-*******) and received damaged item from indian postal parsel service in my native plae address as mentioned bellow:-

however on ** nov **** given replaced order( no # ***-*******-*******) and after two days amazon service partner collect the damaged item without any receipt and shown us return request details.After ** days i have not received my replced order then i have cancled my replacement order but till today i have not received my refund money or any satisfactory reply from amazon.It is requested that my problem to be solved on priority.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
