Amazon - Refund not received

I ordered * kurta sets on ** dec **** through Amazon.in and delivered on ** dec ****. Out of that I placed a return request for * kuta sets because of size and quality issues on the same day.Return pickup scheduled on ** dec ****.Have handedover both the item to the return pick up courier person at **.**am as per the schedule.Recieved return amount for * order not for the other items of value Rs ****.Have called many times to customer support, and we're told that I recieve the amount after * to * working days.But not received the amount, it's been more than a month.No proper response or follow up from the customer support.I understood it is a purely logistics issue and why can't they resolve it from their end.
