Krunal Pala filed complaint against Travolook on Dec 28, 2021
I tried to book flight tickets from rajkot to Bangalore, on **rd Nov ****, PNR was not generated and I have followed up to the website customer support via phone and email - travolook.in and till date not received any refunds. They always tell * days and the refund is always failing from their merchant cashfree (no idea why) , I have also given my account number and ifsc , but in vain.
I have faced a lot of mental trauma and time for this one and such a pathetic service.
They even not willing to transfer the phones to their superiors at all , saying wfh
Even I don't find any GST Numbers anywhere for this one !
