Vidit Srivastav filed complaint against Travolook on Sep 16, 2021
I booked a flight from Delhi to Gorakhpur on **st August **** for **th September. After amount got debited they cancelled the booking within ** min and said to refund the amount *-** days. I called them * times till date but they say to wait for another ** days. The last time I called (**-**-****), they said the same. When I asked them to be more reasonable they immediately cut the call and now they are not picking up.
I have been affected mentally and financially because of this scam.
