Lohith filed complaint against Ajio app on Sep 6, 2021
I have placed an order on Ajio on **th July ****, And the order Id is FL**********. I have returned the product named Adidas track pants of return ID RT******** and the refund was initiated on the **st of August of amount ****.*/- to my Mobikwik wallet. And it's been more than * weeks still I haven't received my refund and on the app, it says that amount has been refunded which I haven't received. This is really annoying as I have called them nearly **-** times these days and tons of emails and I get no response from them. Please highlight my issue and get it resolved quickly.
