Myntra - Refund not received

I have placed an order from myntra and returned it as quality was bad. I asked my refund in myntra credit. Myntra credit ****rs was showing in my account. When i was locked out from my account, myntra credit was not showing. Now when i called up CCE they said me to add new no.to your previous account which you are not using. I did same as they said but my amount did not reflected. Next time i called and another CCE picked up call and said that you have multiple accounts linked up to this number. We cannot help now. Why they cannot help a customer??? First they kept to making me understand that this credit cannot be transferred and all. I am not asking you to transfer but atleast you cannot erase my all order history and take my myntra credit (which was not a gift card but refund for my previous orders.) They cheat customers like this but taking their hard earned money. This is highly unacceptable. I want you to take action against them asap.
