Trishla Gupta filed complaint against Air India on Aug 10, 2021
My travel agent Flight Network sent a request for refund of my tickets as the flight had been cancelled last year due to Covid. As per instructions given to them by the airline they sent a mail to refunds.nyc@airindia.in. However they haven't received any revert from Air India. After ** weeks elapsed with no revert I started following up with Air India daily. There has been no response from them. I have explained to them that the agent cannot generate a refund application number and the airline can also process my refund request directly.On July **th a customer service representative asked me to send a refund request to ecommerce@airindia.in and they would revert within ** hours and cancel the tickets. I have been following up with them daily but no revert.I request AirIndia to cancel the * tickets against PNR HFX** and refund the booking amount. I am attaching all emails that the travel agent has sent to Air India and I have also sent.
