Happyeasygo.com - refund not received

I had booked hotel Ramada in Amritsar from *st August **** to *th August **** through my credit card on **nd June ****.
On **th July, an unauthorized transaction happened in my credit card and for precautionary measure bank had to block my credit card.
On **th July, airline cancelled the flights and our trip got cancelled. As my card was blocked so I requested Happyeasygo to refund the money some other way, either refund in my savings account or give me credit against my hotel booking.
They agreed on giving me credit and they also said it will be processed in two working days. I waited for a week and I called them again on **th July, they said credit will be reflected by evening.
Till date no credit is given by them and now they are neither picking my calls nor reverting to my mails.
