Travolook - Refund not received

Booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi on **th of May ****, booking reference number is REF********* , and the amount that was paid was ****, but after * minutes of booking I got a call stating that the flight has been cancelled, which from their end and the refund will be initiated within **-** days. I have been calling regularly, but they give excuse every week and they have blocked my number.

*st they said it will take **-** working days so you will have to wait * weeks, then they told due to bank issues it will take another *-** working days and then after that they told due to issues it has been credited to wallet, which was not done, then after that they told it is not in wallet as you wanted refund in bank so wait *-** business days.
It has been now more than ** days, still no refund and my number is blocked. When I call from different number again giving an excuse that due to merchant issue wait another *-** business days. And these days does not include Saturday and Sunday. No firm holds the right to keep the money for so long.

I am from a poor family, cannot afford to loose any money as our earning is very less and alone has to serve a family of *.

There are more than hundreds of complaint again this company, but still no action is been taken. Neither they refund, just running a scam where innocent people are affected.

Please kindly look into this and get the issue resolved.
