Simran Jaiswal filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 14, 2021
This is to bring to your attention that has placed two orders with Myntra o as mentioned below:
*.Khalom Women Blue Maxi Dress worth Rs-****/-
*.EthnoVogue Women Navy Blue Sequinned Maxi Dress worth Rs-****/-
Have placed return requests for both the products reason being size issues.
Both orders have been already picked up by their executives on *th July but still have not received the refund yet wherein they are showing on the app that they have successfully initiated the payment.
When I called customer support and explained the scenario every executive is explaining the different story, some said that they have initiated the refund but it got failed and they will re-initiate and some were saying that it has been successfully initiated and will credit to the bank.
But my question is if they really initiated the payment where is the money. I have not received any SMS or emails regarding the payment which I used to receive before. Have checked with my bank several times no money was credited from their end.
I have to literally beg for my own hard-earned money ( Rs-**,***)
Have never expected such kind of fraud from a brand like Myntra.
Is this the new way to harass customers and loot their money in this pandemic?
Despite several emails and calls to customer support for help and refund n number of times but none were helpful.
I have been using Myntra and other eCommerce sites for the last * years but these seem to be the worst experience I have ever had.
I am really in need of my funds and am not able to get back my own money.
Please help.
