Abhishek Narayan filed complaint against Travolook on Jul 7, 2021
I booked a ticket with Travolook.in vide Ref# REF********* on ** Dec, **** from Delhi to Bagdogra. Total amount paid was ****.
This company is registered as WING IN TRAVEL ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED. Unfortunately, Spicejet announced the cancellation of the flight and issued a FULL REFUND to Travolook because it was the operator (Spicejet) who cancelled the flight. Now, since I did not receive the refund in my account - I emailed at - support@travolook.in a couple of times but went in vain.
Request Voxya to help me in getting a resolution.
