I bought and returned products on jiomart on **th JUNE ****. Their standard refund policy is * working days. So after that time, I talked to customer care and also sent email to them. It has been almost ** days and I am continuosly contacting customer service, even I taked to their senior teams and none of them are helping me to solve my issue. I am sick tired of it and has to wait for almost ** minutes everyday just to contact the escalation department,but at the end I have to put my phone down with no refund at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
