Shaika Firdouse filed complaint against Air India on Jun 18, 2021
I had booked * flight tickets from Yatra .com for Air India from Kolkata to Bagdogra for **th May. Then they had sent me an email that my flight had been cancelled and till now I have not received the refund from the airlines. The ticket amount was around **** and even though I have called them and emailed them several times, they have not returned my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
