Arnav goel filed complaint against Air india on May 28, 2021
I booked tickets for * last year ( **th Feb **** ) from New Delhi to New York via Air India call center. The ticket no. For the same is YD*ZG. Air India informed me that the refund was initiated on ** May ****. But is has been more than ** days and I have not yet received the fund on my Credit card. I also checked with Credit Card authorities who informed that no such payment has been received. Please help me no , body is taking the responsibility . I don't know where my money is floating or if it actually exist or not.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
