Ramu Cheni filed complaint against Ajio on May 18, 2021
I have ordered a product from Ajio and we have received it. Then we placed an exchange for that product. The courier guy came and collected the product and said exchange product will be delivered separately. Then we have not received the exchange product. The I have raised the issue with AJIO and they said the can process the refund as we have not received the exchange product. It been almost * months but refund is not processed yet. I have called multiple times but no help from them.
I hope I get satisfactory resolution here.
