Vikramjit Dasgupta filed complaint against Travolook on May 12, 2021
I booked a ticket from TravoLook on **th of March **** and a few minutes later the booking got cancelled. The agent from TravoLook called and informed that it got cancelled due to price hike and the deducted amount will be refunded within a maximum period of *-** working days.. I called them back after ** working days as the amount was not yet refunded.. The agent said that he has raised a ticket for the issue and it will get resolved soon.. after one and a half months I called back again for the refund and this time the agent said that the amount will be transferred in two parts soon.. it has been near about two months now and they haven't refunded the amount. It's a complete fraud company.
I will be obliged if you can look into this and do the needful for my refund..
