Sweety Shimal filed complaint against Travolook on May 12, 2021
I had booked one ticket from BLR to CCU on April *th. Just after booking, I got a call saying prices have increased and your ticket is cancelled. The Amount will be refunded within *-** days, they said. Since it was very urgent for me to leave and the prices here were low, I called customer care and asked to book a ticket from their side because it got cancelled when I did. They said we can't do it from our end and it still got cancelled. I kept calling them but they didn't respond. And one day I got in touch they said it'll be refunded in another **-** days. It's been a month, I tried reaching out again on May *st and a lady said, "we tried sending you but it got bounced. It'll take another * days and it'll get refunded". Still not received and they have blocked my number as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
