Air India - Refund not received

AJIT CHERIAN KURUVILLA filed complaint against Air India on May 10, 2021

An Air India round trip ticket was booked for Kolkata - Toronto - Kolkata for travel from **th May'** to **thJun'** through the Cleartrip portal.The travel could not be undertaken due to the Covid** Lockdown and cancellation of flights. Despite repeated requests and reminders to Air India directly and also through Cleartrip , the refund has not been given . Air India has generally remained silent on the emails sent by me and in the few instances where they replied , their responses have been vague and dilatory in nature . Such repeated followups for almost a year without any proper response from Air India is a cause of great mental stress in these trying times.
