Air India Airlines - Refund not received

I had canceled the Air India Airlines ticket on November ** and the Air India Officials asked me to wait for ** days to get the refund. However its been *.* months now I haven't received the refund amount. Whenever I call customer support, they always ask me to wait for * days more but still, they don't resolve the issue. I have sent multiple emails but didn't get any response. I have called many times, however no outcome. I am still waiting for more than *.* months for my refund amount which is ***$

I would like to request the initiation of the refund amount as soon as possible since I have been waiting for it for more than * months with the amount of $*** being blocked. I would also request to waive any cancellation charges if any.
