AirIndia Airlines - REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I had to cancel one of my flight ticket scheduled on January **,**** due to unforeseen circumstances. The booking was cancelled from AirIndia Trivandrum office during the first week of December.As per the advice received from the corresponding office I sent a refund request to Airindia but to my surprise,no response was received, not even an acknowledgement.Since then I had been sending emails, repeated calls to the customer service numbers and I receive the typical response i.e "to wait for ** -** days" which became a cliche.Now this is the end of March **** and still there is no response from their end. My payments are pending as this is not a small amount. This is so ridiculous as AirIndia Gives no value to their customers.
