Nikhil rasgotra filed complaint against Travolook on Mar 12, 2021
I booked a ticked with ref id REF********* on ** jan **** but it got cancelled due to raised fare. Now after persuing the case for almost two months they are telling that we have made a refund but I have not got it in my bank account. Seems like they are doing fraud and misleading me. Kindly take action and get me my money back.
