Nextra Teleservices Private Limited - Refund not received

I applied for Broadband connection to Nextra Teleservices Pvt. Ltd on *st October, **** and paid Rs. **** but they could not proceed in installing Broadband connection in my area and promised me to refund my amount within a period of ** days but now it has been more than * months and i have still not received my refund which is completely against their refund policy. I dropped many mails to them but did not got satisfactory reply from their side. On Call, they keeps on saying that your refund is under process and will be processed in next cycle. But i did not got my refund till date. Please help
