I opted for the * months plan from Nextra for the Internet on **th April ****. From **th April to **rd of April their speed was not up to the mark, however, they keep communicating the speed is OK. Finally on **rd they sorted out the speed issue.
After that their services keep on disconnecting on regular intervals because of which I was unable to work from home. On every complaint they send this standard mail and no one picks up the call at their customer care. They register a complaint and by the evening they send a message that this has been addressed. None of their engineers respond over the phone. I somehow continued the Nextra because of their promise to resolve the issue, however, on *th Jun ****, their services were completely stopped and were not restored till *th of Jun. I was forced to take the internet from another supplier as my work was hampering. Since then I am asking for my refund but there is no proper response from their end. Nextra does not listen to their customer problem at all. I request you to look into the case and instruct them to refund my money ASAP.
