Lyn John filed complaint against Nextra Teleservices Private Limited on May 17, 2020
Today it’s **th May ****, it will be ** days since I submitted the application with the required ID proofs for installation of internet connection at my house. All the charges related to installation/plan were duly paid by me on *th May **** to Mr. Vipin Kumar (+** ***** *****). I was told that the connection would get activated the very next day of filling the application but till date it has not been done.
The people who took care of the application formalities have not yet answered my calls since the payment was made. Later they had sent me a no. +** ***** *****, which when called has been promising that the installation will be done but all in vain. When called in morning says will be done in evening and when called in evening says the installation will be done by next day. This is happening since a week. So now as they aren’t been able to do the promised connection I would like to get the full refund of the same.
They pick calls when they need your money once paid they don’t bother.
Kindly revert with a proper resolution to my grievance urgently as this experience with Nextra is turning out to be a disaster for me currently.
