The issue that I have experienced was: I had cancelled a flight booking and the refund was initiated. When contacted indigo airlines it says refund is issued to goibibo and transaction no from indigo is : *********. But goibibo is not replying to either my mails of refund request nor updating the status of refund. Its been more than ** days and no updates
It occurred on: */**/****
refund the amount which is already refund by airlines.
