My Air ticket was cancelled on *th Nov **** and we were assured a refund of ***** will be done in ** working days. Today after * months they say the refund status shows initiated but we have not received any refund and we have checked with our bank and bank has denied any transaction of this sort. Air India has not given us any transaction details to check with the bank, and all they tell us is they are investigating the matter.
