Travolook - Refund not received

my refund is very very less amount, Rs.****/-as per your cancellation policy within ** working  days refund will credit automatically But till not get it my refund,  
My ref No : REF*********, my cancelled date: **th January **** - as per your refund policy till not received my refund money, i called customer care : they telling different data for me, on person told correct data, another person told wrong data, when i called to CC No. on meanwhile of working days **th date, as a customer treat the way is very poor, so please transfer the money immediate, 
you treat me like cheating, am ***% expecting today or monday , suddenly telling again will take * more days. this is not acceptable.  please make the payment for my refund as soon as possible
