I've booked my air ticket from Mumbai - Kochi on **th March ****. My trip id is ************. Due to COVID our flights were cancelled and we requested for refund and to which they're not responding anything via email or phone. There is no contact number or valid email id through which we can contact Cleartrip. They texted us that we've already refund your money but after ** months of following up with them they're not sending our money back
