Air india - Refund not received

I request you to please note that Ibooked my travel tickets through Goibibo and Makemytrip.

Due to the pandemic, Air India cancelled its flights.

Till today, in spite of several follow ups with Air India, Goibibo and Makemytrip, I have not received a refund.

The information that I have received from the travel agencies (Goibibo and Makemytrip) is that they have registered a request with Air India for the refund and they are waiting for Air India to refund the money to them so that they can refund the payment to me.

I therefore please request you to please help to get a refund my payment. The details with the refund application number are:
