I booked Air India Express flight from Delhi To Muscat at Flipkart.com, Unfortunately Airline Restricted to me for traveling and reason Mentioned that "Covid Report Expired" So I contacted Airline for Refund and as per my request Airline cancelled my ticket and issue refund from their end. As I booked this ticket at Flipkart.com So refund went Flipkart.com's account. So I further contacted Flipkart multiple time for Refund but Flipkart neither cancel my ticket nor refund amount till now from their end. Flipkart hold my refund without any reason. I have already sent Air India Express's Refund E-mail's Screenshot to Flipkart but always received same response please wait ** hours. Kindly take strict action against Flipkart.
