I made a purchase on Amazon of amount **** by UPI and then cancelled it and Amazon has issued a refund for this on the same date but it is not credited in my bank account . They said me to contact bank to trace the refund but when I contacted the bank they raised a chargeback for reversal of amount but the Amazon declined the chargeback stating godda were delivered to me , but in my app it is showing that the ordered is cancelled, I request you to help me with this I am have a refund reference number # ************ for this transaction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
