Riya Thakur filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on Jan 14, 2021
My flight got cancelled due to covid. In August.
The refund had been initiated by go air on * th september and also it was credited to goibibo
But goibibo is not returning my refund. i have been following then since September but today is ** feb **** n still i have not received my money back.
Every time i call them they come up with new excuse or they say it will be refunded back in * working days.
This is the torture i m facing by them
