I have not recieved refund for my flights Chennai to ASR and Delhi to ASR.
Ticket Number for the same is as below --
*************/*/*(Chennai to Amritsar)(EasemyTrip)
**********(Delhi to Chennai)(Yatra.com)
Ease my trip had raised the refund application i.e. RA - ********** **********.
But still Air India is not initiating the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
