I had Placed an order from Zomato on October *. After successfully placed order, when i check my order status after ** minutes my order was rejected by Zomato. When i contacted to the customer care he told me that for some reason your order has been rejected you will get a refund within *-* days. In the meantime, I have contacted the customer care several times whenever I asked him about the refund, he told me that you would get a refund within ** to ** hours. but I didn't get refund yet. Now they told me that you will not get any refund because our policy has changed zomato has cheated me. Please help..,
