I search Driving license online renewal process on Google. Instead of getting a government website on the first line, I received DrivingWale.com.
I registered and paid the amount. Provided all the required documents.
I received a bill and a confirmation mail.
On the next iteration, I received a message on whatsapp that the process could not be completed and asked me to initiate the refund process.
Since then, I have been mailing them on their support website, messaging on Whatsapp, calling on their support numbers. None of platforms work. I either get automated replies or my msgs and mails are completely ignored.
