I applied for renewal of liscence through drivingwale. They made me pay Rs **** . But on reaching the RTO on the date of appointment , I was not able to complete the process saying that my payment is still pending. On contacting them they could solve the issue. Following which I withdrew my application and they said they would return the money after deducting Rs ***. They said that the process would take * to ** days. Even after ** days money was not reimbursed and they are not picking up my call or replying to my mail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
