i paid for license renewal service on **th dec. on *th jan, i was informed that they cannot process my application online as my license is not in RTO records. they informed me that i need to go to RTO. i went to RTO they said i have to pay again. i wrote to drivingwale to refund my money. till now no response. today one standard response came again, asking me to again go to RTO. so i wrote back saying if i go to RTO myself, why should i pay drivingwale.
