I have returned total two Items purchased through AJIO, the details of which are given below. However, after returning the said items, the refund for one item is received & one was not issued. I even contacted the AJIO Customer Care, and it was said to me that the refund has been initiated and will be credited in my bank account by * business days. Even after* days, no amount was credited to my account. Thereafter, I emailed my concern to the AJIO customer care email id, and I got a reply (as is seen in the trailing email) that it will take around * Business days for the amount to be credited to my account. It is quite unfortunate that even after the expiry of more than one month, I have not received the said refund amount, even though I am totally clueless as to how in the app it is shown as refunded, which is totally false and not what has happened.
There are clear laches on part of AJIO in respect of issuing my refund amount. I am hereby requesting you finally to look into the matter with extreme urgency and arrange for the refund of the full amount at the earliest, failing which I will have to pursue legal options as advised.
