I have had my refund pending on you for the last * months. I had booked * round trip tickets from Canada to Delhi last year for which the flight was cancelled due to the covid situation and as per the customer care response the refund has been initiated from Air India on **th March, but the amount has not been credited into my account till date.
Since then I have been continuously following up with Air India on their customer support number and have written multiple emails requesting the refund status, but didn't get any resolution yet.
