On April*, I booked an Indigo flight ticket through 'Travolook' travel Agency's website.Soon they called back saying that the Ticket is Cancelled and it'll be refunded. Even they didn't generate any PNR number, only sending me a mail with booking reference no,which is also not accepted by the Airlines.
But is 's been more than **days AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. They DO NOT pick the calls ever.
When I viewed their instagram page, in their comment section many people raised complaints REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE.
Please take action against them and help me get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
