Pranav filed complaint against McDonalds on Aug 12, 2018
My registered phone number is ***xxxxxxx, under the name of x. I had ordered through the app on *nd August ****, for an amount of ₹***. The amount was deducted from my account but on the app it said order failed.
The refund period is *-* days but I still haven't received my refund even after ** days. I called the McDelivery helpline and they said that they have escalated the matter but I don't see any action being taken.
I'm writing this to initiate the refund, else this will act as proof when I file a complaint with the consumer court, for harassment of customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
