Bad packaging and food spillage. I ordered food from McDonald's with COD and the items were spill and were not in a condition to consume. I lodged a question asking for a refund they said it's not possible because it was COD. But I don't see that in terms and condition.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
