Cleartrip Flights - Refund not received Though flight refund them 2 weeks back

I booked tickets for my family On ** feb **** Via Cleartrip using amazon portal

Air Asia blore to New Delhi that is cancelled due to lock down and Cleartrip is not yet refunded the amount that they have received on April *, **** from air Asia **** rs ref number ********* as shared from airlines and asked me to reach out to Cleartrip but Cleartrip is not reachable via email and customer support.
I also requested amazon to cancel and process for my refund as Cleartrip is not reachable they are also trying but not working out.
