Jet Airways India - Confirmed ticket but deboarded without any notice that too college student going alone.

My son Yash Pant was booked in *w**** on **st Oct **** - mumbai-mangalore ****hrs departure pnr HZYGLP. He reached airport check in counter at **** am but was denied seat citing overbooking. After * hours of ordeal he was given evening flight ****pm and *****/ cash compensation.

My complaints;
*. How can you off load pax having confirmed ticket.
*. Ticket was priced around ****/- as against normal fare of ****-**** range.
*. Student going alone offloaded causing anxiety to both child and parent outside airport.
*. No lunch or lounge facility provided for flight gap of * hours.
*. On what criteria offloading was done.
*. Compensation way less than ordeal gone through. It should be no minimum * times of fare value paid. On what basis **k was given???
*. * hours of ordeal on clarity of next connectivity.
and lax attitude of counter staff.
