I tried to book the domestic flight ticket on October **st from Delhi to Vadodara for date November **. Also, I am flying with Air India from Toronto to Delhi before taking my domestic flight. The Air India website showed frequent errors stating the ticket is not booked yet so I tried * times in total. But the next morning, I got * emails showing I have booked * tickets with their respective PNR and eticket numbers. I called the Air India customer care and the lady over there cancelled * of my ticket with eticket numbers ************* and *************. She also asked me to email to you for the refund and state the reason for cancellation and refund and also attaching the * cancelled tickets with their respective eticket numbers.
It’ been almost * months, still I haven’t got the refund yet.
