We had booked a ticket (PNR PDZR*Y) for * passengers from Ahmedabad to Dubai on **-Oct-****. We had mailed the Airline on **-Oct-**** at **.**.** Hrs to cancel the ticket on Medical Grounds of the Passenger traveling. We requested the Airline to refund the amount but they told us that the amount cannot be refunded as the flight took off with * empty seats. We had mailed the Medical Certificate to the Airline. Another problem we are facing with Indigo Airline mails, that we are unable to read the mail received from Indigo as nothing is displayed on the screen. When we forward or reply to that mail, reply sent from Indigo Server in against our mail is displayed.
We have mailed to both the Airline and the Portal (Happyeasygo) and provided Medical Certificate for a refund but to no avail.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
