Coolwinks.com Eye Glasses And Sunglasss - Refund not received neither other order

I placed an order with order id CW************* for two eyeglasses and cancelled the on **th October ** and I was assured that I will get refund within *-* days, then on **st October they told me they can't process the same and want my bank details. I provided it the same day. Now till **th October I'm regularly Asking for update in the issue and I'm told that they have forwarded the request to concerned department. Then I was told that it will take *-* days more from **th October. It was very unprofessional because no one reached me till **th October neither informed me that there was error in initiating refund.
My friend placed another order the same day that is **th October ** with order id CW************* and eventhough it was committed to be delivered on **th October ** it isn't delivered till **th October ** and this has always been the case that BlueDart reverts it every time and eventually I have to pick the order from service centre of Indore which is very inconvenient.
She had a journey on **st October due to which she had to buy a new pair. It was very inconvenient. When complained on **th October they said they can't commit when the order will be delivered, it was very unprofessional.
