I made an order on **th Nov and refused the parcel because a duplicate of the same product got ordered mistakely. They still haven't made a refund for that. I've complained a lot of times through their consumer supooybut they say that refund has been initiated and will soon reach to me everytime. Its been over a month and they say the same things over and over again.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
